missing in action again.....
have been busy with my lesson plans......on my way to becoming a better teacher....
Had a few observations already and am glad that the feedback were so far positive.....Lesson preparationa and flow was satisfactory at the moment....However, there are still some loopholes tt i needa cover properly....
What made my day was my 1st observation by the nie sup.....Was actually peeping the paper that he was holding...YES! my observation form.....wanted to count how many + he has given me for my lesson that day...to my surprise, it was all +......he commented that " there is this danger to give good remarks but somehow, there is this possibility that she has the potential to be a very good teacher.."i was so happy...not being proud but this remark really gave me the push to go further....at 1st my mentality was to just pass this attachment and be a teacher...now, i am having aims at the same time stress too....Whatever it is, i tell myself that all the things i do must benefit the students....no use doing fanciful stuff if they cant understand yr lesson at the end of the day.....hopefully, when i see him in 2 weeks time, i can be better or maintain at the same level...
